EVS in Azerbaijan for Polish Volunteer!

Bridge to the Future Youth Union is looking for Polish Volunteer to help the organization mission: – to assist the active participation of Azerbaijan’s youth, – establishment of healthy civil society – provide youth representation of our country on the international level.
Bridge to the Future Youth Union was established in 2000 by some initiative young people in Ganja. The organization mission statement are: – to assist the active participation of Azerbaijan’s youth, – establishment of healthy civil society – provide youth representation of our country on the international level Bridge to the Future strives to increase youth participation in activities, support disabled people in personal development and acquiring necessary job search skills, develop intellectual abilities and professional skills of youth, involve youth in volunteer work, form civil society through the youth movement, ensure youth participation in environmental actions and tourism, and to develop mutual relationships between Azerbaijani and world youth. In pursuit of the above – mentioned objectives, Union regularly provides local, national and international seminars, conventions, meetings, training courses, consultative services, and work camps. Besides that, organization is cooperating closely with local municipality, Youth and Sport Head Department of Ganja, Azerbaijan Youth Foundation, NAYORA (National Assembly of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan), Ministry of Youth and Sport and so on. The organization is full member of international youth network named Youth for Exchange and Understanding International and Human Rights Education Youth Network. Bridge to the Future is a non-profit youth organization independent of all political affiliation, run by young people for young people.
We expect from the volunteer to develop his/her activities in order to support us are:
leading English and Polish language conversation clubs per week
working with children club 3 times a week (teaching basic English, organizing sport and leisure activities and etc.)
together with local volunteers doing sport activities (sport competitions, fun actions and energizers) in SOS Children Villages in Ganja for teenage youth per week
helping BF staff on the writing and implementation of local and international projects (activities) run by BF Youth Union Doing monthly organizational presentations and consulting about EVS Programme in local educational institutions with staff members of BF
